Andy is the owner of Yakima Orthotics & Prosthetics and has been practicing orthotics and prosthetics for nearly three decades. He was born and raised in Silverdale, Washington, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Orthotics & Prosthetics from the University of Washington in 1996.
Early in his career, Andy gained trauma experience while working with patients at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. In 2004, he and his family moved to Richland, his wife’s hometown. They later relocated to Yakima in 2012, and Andy purchased Yakima Orthotics & Prosthetics in 2015.
Andy currently sees patients in Yakima, Richland, and Ellensburg and is the only provider in the Ellensburg office. He specializes in custom prosthetics and focuses on practical, well-fitting solutions that support each patient’s daily life.
Andy has been married for 30 years and has three adult children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, attending church, and elk hunting.

Chris is a native Washingtonian and graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2006. He earned his Prosthetics and Orthotics Certificates from the Newington Certificate Program in Connecticut. After graduating, Chris returned to Washington and completed his residency in the Bremerton area. In 2008, he joined Yakima Orthotics & Prosthetics.
Chris works with both upper and lower extremity amputees, as well as all areas of orthotics. He enjoys working with advancing technology in the field and values educating patients while collaborating closely with therapists and physicians to provide high-quality orthotic and prosthetic care.
Chris lives in Yakima with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys playing a variety of sports, manages a city league softball team, and is actively involved in his church and community.

Larry graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Orthotics & Prosthetics in 1988. He completed his residency at Newington Children’s Hospital in Connecticut and continued working on the East Coast until 2002, when he returned to his hometown of Yakima and began working at Yakima Orthotics & Prosthetics.
Larry has extensive experience in all areas of orthotics and prosthetics, with particular expertise in lower extremity prosthetics.

Lina Bhatti is a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist who joined Yakima Orthotics & Prosthetics after completing her Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics at Loma Linda University. She completed an 18-month, dual-discipline NCOPE-accredited residency in Modesto, California, where she gained extensive experience in both upper- and lower-limb prosthetics and orthotics across multiple clinical environments.
Before becoming a clinician, Lina developed a strong academic foundation working as a tutor and teaching assistant in anatomy and human physiology. She enjoys helping patients understand their devices and takes an educational, patient-centered approach to care—ensuring each individual feels supported, informed, and confident throughout their treatment journey.
Lina is passionate about creating meaningful connections with her patients and is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to the Yakima Valley community. Outside the clinic, she enjoys cross-stitch, crochet, and hiking.

Cade Hollingsead is a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist who joined Yakima Orthotics & Prosthetics after completing his Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics at Loma Linda University. Cade brings a strong clinical background from his work in Northern California, where he evaluated patients, developed treatment plans, fabricated and adjusted devices, and provided education and support throughout the continuum of care.
Cade is known for his detail-oriented approach, strong technical skills, and interest in evolving fabrication techniques, including plaster modification, 3D printing integration, and the future role of AI in clinical orthotics and prosthetics. His interest in innovation is balanced by a patient-centered mindset, ensuring each individual receives thoughtful, functional, and personalized care.
He is dedicated to service both locally and abroad. Cade has volunteered on multiple international orthotic and prosthetic mission trips, including work in Mexico, Ecuador, and Honduras, helping underserved communities access quality devices and care.
Outside of the clinic, Cade enjoys camping, hiking, off-roading, and playing video games.

Tammy graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics in 1987. She completed her internship and continued working in San Diego for three years before returning to the Northwest, where she practiced in the Seattle/Tacoma area. Having grown up in the Tri-Cities, she and her family decided to return in 1996.
She worked locally in orthotics and prosthetics for nearly five years before becoming the Office Manager at Tri-Cities Orthotics & Prosthetics in 2000.
Tammy has been a long-time member of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists (AAOP) and served as Northwest Chapter AAOP President from 2002–2004. She has over 30 years of experience in all areas of orthotics and prosthetics and has traveled to Pendleton for more than 20 years to participate monthly in the Children’s Developmental Rehab Clinic at the Umatilla-Morrow ESD. Pediatrics is one of her areas of specialty, and she believes that working closely with therapists and physicians provides the highest quality orthotic and prosthetic care.
Tammy is married and has one adult daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys volleyball, biking, hiking, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Jennifer is a congenital hand amputee who began her career building orthoses and prostheses as a technician. Wanting to become a practicing orthotist and prosthetist, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the University of Washington in 2012. She then completed a two-year residency in Vancouver, Washington, where she gained valuable experience in cranial orthoses.
In January 2020, Jennifer joined Tri-Cities Orthotics & Prosthetics. She specializes in cranial orthoses, below-knee adjustable sockets, partial hands, and silicone prosthetics and orthotics. She is also certified in transtibial and transfemoral amputee gait training.
Jennifer lives in Richland with her dog and two young sons. As the daughter of military and immigrant parents, she brings a strong work ethic to her practice. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending church events, and sculpting.
Our patient care facilities are all accredited by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthotics, Inc. (ABC). This means we have chosen to have our patient care centers measured against the most rigorous standards in the profession. We have the staff, equipment and expertise that ABC believes are important for the delivery of high quality patient care.
